*RED TAILED HAWK SPONSORSHIP: HOST the 2009 BWA BUYER RECEPTION – This event will be called The <YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE> 2009 Birdwatch America Buyer Reception - This is the official opening reception of the show on Friday, January 9 from 5:30pm-7:00pm, which gives buyers and exhibitors a chance to mix and mingle- all on the show floor. As your company name will be part of the title of the reception, you will be included on all buyer promotional collateral for the show as well as recognition on our website and broadcast promotions.  In addition to signs at the show and the reception, the Official Buyer Reception Host will receive logo and name recognition in the official show guide as well as the full-page show ad in Birdwatch America.  Official Reception Hosts must act fast to make all advertising deadlines.  This hosting opportunity is offered exclusively for $2,500, for $2,000 per two sponsors or $1,500 per three sponsors.

*FALCON SPONSORSHIP: BADGE LANYARD SPONSOR- $750 for the exclusive right to produce and provide your company’s logo on the lanyards used at registration.  This is a great opportunity to put your name in the hand- and around the necks- of buyers at the show.

*SAGE THRASHER SPONSORSHIP: REGISTRATION SPONSOR – 3-sponsor limit (non competing companies will be accepted on a first come first serve basis), $500 per sponsor – This is the perfect opportunity to speak to buyers before and during the show.  This includes a banner ad on the registration web page, logo recognition as the registration sponsor on the sign in each lobby directing attendees to registration and logo recognition on the registration booth headers as well as the registration forms.  Every attendee will recognize these sponsors as they prepare for their visit to these Birdwatch America 2009.

*RED BELLIED WOODPECKER SPONSORSHIP: FLOORPLAN / ADDENDUM SPONSOR - $500 per company (three company limit) – includes your company logo and information to be prominently displayed on the official show directory floorplan and addendum insert for Birdwatch America 2009.  This oversized insert will be every attendee’s roadmap for the show.

*PURPLE FINCH SPONSORSHIP: SEMINAR SERIES KEYNOTE SESSION SPONSOR - The official seminar series key note session sponsor will be called The <YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE> 2009 Birdwatch America key note session sponsor - This is the official keynote session that will kick of the seminar series that draws many buyers who are serious about their business. As your company name is part of the title of the keynote session, you will be included on all buyer promotional collateral for the show as well as recognition on our website and broadcast promotions.  In addition to signs at the show, the Official keynote Sponsor will receive logo and name recognition in the official show guide as well as the full-page show ad in Birdwatch America.  Official Keynote Sponsors must act fast to make all advertising deadlines.  This exclusive hosting opportunity is $500.

*HOODED ORIOLE SPONSORSHIP: INDIVIDUAL SEMINAR SPONSOR – In addition to the keynote session sponsorship, companies also have the opportunity to sponsor individual seminars within the series.   This will include company recognition at the seminar and the opportunity to introduce the presenter of the seminar you select.  Seminar selection will be on a first come first serve basis. Individual Seminar Sponsorship opportunity is $250.

* Sponsorship includes lobby sign recognition at Birdwatch America, a web link on Birdwatch America’s web site and recognition in the official show directory.

SPARROW SPONSORSHIP: HOTEL & DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE BUS SPONSOR - 3-sponsor limit (non competing), $500 per sponsor – This is a combined sponsorship opportunity targeted to address your customers before and on their way to the event.  Lobby signs in the official shows’ hotels will be prominently displayed including the sponsors’ logos and booth location.  Each shuttle bus will have a sign that recognizes the sponsors and will offer the opportunity for collateral from that company to be distributed on each of the shows’ shuttle buses. 

SPARROW SPONSORSHIP: OFFICIAL SHOWS BAG SPONSOR - $250 for right to produce these give away bags - must have Birdwatch America logo – Minimum 3,000 bags.  As attendees work the floor they will need a bag to conveniently carry their collection of catalogs, magazines and giveaways.   This is a great opportunity to have your company name, location and logo prominently displayed on these bags, which will be seen all over the show.

SPARROW SPONSORSHIP: PARK BENCH SPONSOR - $250 per bench – 2’x4’ – As attendees seek a break from working the floor, conveniently located benches bearing the name of your company and logo will be available take a quick seat to relax for a moment before going back to the booths.

SPARROW SPONSORSHIP: LITERATURE RACK SPONSOR –  $100 per slot (four-slot racks in main registration lobby) – This is a great, affordable opportunity to have your company’s brochure or product information available to all attendees before they enter the show.  Your information will be prominently displayed in the rack in each exhibit hall lobby.

SPARROW SPONSORSHIP: BIRDWATCH AMERICA WEBSITE WEB LINK TO YOUR COMPANY –  $50 for a live link on your company listing on the official Birdwatch America website.  Buyers viewing the show’s website can now link directly to your company’s website with a click of their mouse.  Your company will be highlighted and linked in the company listing on www.birdwatchamerica.com.
